Candy Corn Crochet Pattern

Original post from September 22, 2020

This is a modification to my Crocheted Egg Bunny Pattern to turn him into a sweet Candy Corn Bunny that makes and adorable addition to your Fall decor!

Crochet Egg Bunny Pattern includes instruction for blanket yarn.

I have many modifications on my blog to this pattern. This was the first pattern I ever published and my most popular.

Crocheted Candy Corn Egg bunnies are a quick and unique make for crochet markets.
My Lil Cany Corns were always so popular at markets as well as my bunnies, so I figured why not combine the two

Materials:

  • Egg Bunny Pattern
  • 4mm/G Hook
  • Worsted Weight Yarn in White, Orange and Yellow.  I used I Love This Yarn.
  • 7-9mm Safety Eyes. I used 9mm
  • Poly-fil

Follow the instructions in the pattern with the following changes:

Body:

Rounds 1-6 – in Yellow

Rounds 7-12 – in Orange

Rounds 12 – end: White

Place eyes and nose as directed in Pattern.

Ears: As directed in White

Feet: As directed in Yellow

Tail: Use all three colors

Assemble as directed in pattern.

Handmade Pom Pom tails are a unique touch.
I thought that using all three colors for the tail would be a cute twist!
